How do you get started? Give us a call at 510.238.4734 or send an email to filmoakland@filmoakland.com so that we can set up an appointment to get the particulars and photos of your residence.

Once we have your information, we'll post photos of your residence on our website for production companies to review.We won't post personal details like your name, phone number or address. And if a production company is interested, we'll contact you and facilitate the process.

Do I get paid? Rental fees vary according to the size of the production, budget, duration and impact (or potential wear and tear) on the site.
